• Tiksender: An automation platform for TikTok and Shopee sellers that provides features such as automated chats, buyer follow-ups, creator outreach, WhatsApp automation, and a creator database.
• User: Any individual or business that uses Tiksender services.
• Services: All features within the Tiksender application, including core features and add-ons.

2. Use of Services

• Users must use Tiksender in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Tiksender functions as an automation tool; results from usage are the user's responsibility.
• All activities conducted through an account remain the sole responsibility of the account holder.

3. Accounts and Security

• Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account, email, password, and device ID.
• Account activation is completed by our team after payment is verified.
• Any misuse of the account is fully the user's responsibility.

4. Payments and Subscription Plans

• All Tiksender plans are subscription-based.
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• Users must select the appropriate plan upon re-registration according to their purchase.
• Prices may change at any time; active subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

5. Device Usage Limits

• Each plan includes a specified number of devices.
• Device changes are allowed up to five times per subscription period.
• If users exceed this limit, Tiksender may decline further change requests.
• Misuse of device changes may result in account restriction or deactivation.

6. Add-ons and Additional Features

• Add-ons (such as Buyer Analytic) are not included in the main plan.
• Add-ons may carry additional fees according to our pricing policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use Tiksender for unlawful activities.
• Damage, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the system.
• Use Tiksender on unauthorized devices or modified/illegal software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, and features of Tiksender are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of Tiksender without official permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tiksender is not liable for:

• Account suspension by third-party platforms (TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Losses resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the application.
• Outcomes are provided on an “as is” basis without guaranteed results.

10. Service Changes

Tiksender may update, add, or modify features at any time to improve the service. Changes may be communicated through the platform or official channels.

11. Service Suspension or Termination

Tiksender reserves the right to limit or deactivate accounts if users violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the platform.
